How can I create my Coins Account?
Mobile Phone
- First, you need to open your app, then click ‘Sign Up with Facebook’ or ‘Sign Up’. When you click on Sign Up, you need to put your mobile number or email address for you to Register the account.
- After entering your mobile number or email address, and password, you must need to tap/click ‘Create Account.’
- You’ll see a verification screen. Check-in your SMS /email address “it depends on what you input in the first step”. Enter the verification code, then click the Verify button.
- You are successfully created your Coins account. Now you ready to use your App.
On the Website
- Go to the Coins.ph website and click Create an Account
- you need to do is put either your mobile number or email address and your new password, then click “Create Account.” Note:Remember that password must be at least 8 characters and contain a number. Just make sure that the password that you are going to use is not the one you have already used before.
- After you click the button “CREATE ACCOUNT”, you will proceed to the verification code on your screen. You need to put a verification code sent to your email or mobile number.
- Then, It’s done! Now, you can enjoy Coins.ph wallet by cashing in, buying load, paying the bill and a lot more!
How can I upgrade my Coins Account?
- Go to Update
- Take your Selfie
- Update your general information. Enter your SSS, TIN, or GSIS Number if you previously haven’t, and your source of income.
- Enter your ID information. Kindly take note that you need to submit your ID picture back in front.
- You need to update your complete address.
After the submission Coins.ph will review your application within 24hrs and you will receive an email that your application is approved.
How to Cash In?

- Please select your preferred “Cash In method”.
- Enter the amount you like to cash in and click the “Complete cash in”.
- Just follow the instructions for you to complete your payment, it depends on your preferred Cash In methods.

- Then on the upper part of the page, click the “Cash In”.

How to Cash Out via Cardless ATM?
- In the Coins.ph app, click the “Cash Out”, and select the “Security Bank – Cardless ATM’.
- Enter your desired amount that you want to cash out.
- Put the mobile number and full name of your receiver.
- Your receiver will get a 16-digit reference number, and the 4-digit passcode with the amount that you sent.
- Once the transaction is done. The receiver will get the money at the Security Bank ATM.
Step on how the receiver will get the money to Security Bank
- Please enter then click the eGiveCash.
- Enter the 16 digit reference code sent via SMS.
- Enter your 4 digit passcode sent also via SMS.
- Enter the exact amount sent via your sender.
