1. Go to the nearest branch
- There’s a lot of branches that you can send money to, or you can visit their official website to search for the nearest branch you are located.
2. Service Fee
- Give the transaction slip to the agent and pay the money and their service fee.
3.Confirm your Transaction Slip
- After the agent is done doing your transaction, they will return the slip for you to check and sign.

How to Receive Money through Smart Padala?
Remittance only lasts 150 days, so don’t forget your transaction. Be sure to get it immediately.
- Go to the nearest branch
- Fill out your transaction slip to get the money and give your valid ID.

- The agent will ask you to present your confirmation text to be sure that you are the receiver. Make sure you do not forget your mobile phone.
